Come celebrate Canada's 150th Anniversary, by touring through our Capital during the World Famous Tulip Festival, with free time to walk around & take pictures. Then, by bus, see Parliament Hill & surrounding buildings, various Embassies and the Prime Minister’s house. On our way home, we will stop at the famous “Big Apple,” known for having the world's largest apple shaped structure. Explore the remarkable scenery and historic sights of Kingston with a 3 hour world-famous 1000 Islands paddle boat cruise which begins in Kingston and spans the St. Lawrence River for miles. You will see cottage islands of the Admiralty group featuring Napoleon's Hat, Wanderer's Channel, the Bateau Channel & Mandalay Mansion. Onboard you will enjoy live entertainment & multilingual commentary. This tour includes a highlight of Queen’s University, home of (our former Prime Minister) Sir John A MacDonald, Martello Towers & the Kingston Penitentiary. On the shores of Georgian Bay, you will be taking a beautifully narrated boat cruise tour with plenty of opportunities to take photos of the scenery. Within minutes, you see 19th century shipwrecks resting just a few feet below the surface. Pass by "Big Tub Light" on your way to Flowerpot Island & other islands en route. See the historic Light Station, light keeper’s homes, Flowerpot rock formations (which are natural sea stacks, a.k.a "flowerpots") and many unique features of the island visible from the water ie caves & rare variety of plants.

Visit Point Pelee National Park and enjoy a narrated cinematic presentation and tram ride (admission incl.) to the furthest point of the most southern part of Canada. Visit Jack Miner Migratory Bird Sanctuary, which offers an experience to connect with nature and to get up close to hand feed geese and ducks, then take pictures of local wildlife, ie. peacocks, exotic pheasants, wild turkeys and tundra swans. Followed by a visit to Colasanti’s Tropical Gardens for assorted plants, 'Home D├ęcor & Collectables Shoppe,' and 'Candy Shoppe. Take this inspirationally eye-opening tour of Uncle Tom's Cabin which commemorates the life of Rev. Josiah Henson (1796-1883). He was recognized for his contributions to the abolition movement and his work in the underground railroad. Rev. Henson rose to international fame after Harriet Beecher Stowe acknowledged his memoirs as a source for her anti-slavery novel, 'Uncle Tom’s Cabin.' Then, as the sun starts to set, we will visit the Fatima Shrine (Lewiston, USA) and surround ourselves with peaceful nature, as we take photos and enjoy a walk around all the displays & statues, which have been lit up for the holidays. Enjoy an evening bus ride through the holiday themed 'Festival of Lights' display in Niagara Falls & if we're lucky, see their magnificent fireworks display. Bring your camera!
